Please read these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before participating in the Creotor Partner Program (“Program”). By submitting an application or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “Partner,” or “You”) agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

1. Enrollment & Account Approval

1.1 Eligibility: To join the Program, You must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid bank account in Jamaica (or an approved international payment account).

1.2 Application Review: Creotor reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant in its sole discretion. Accounts created with incomplete, fraudulent, or inaccurate banking/contact information may be rejected or terminated.

1.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SliceWP affiliate dashboard credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

2. Referral Tracking & Commissions

2.1 Commission Rate: Approved Affiliates earn a 10% flat commission on the net revenue of qualifying purchases of Creotor products and services (including WinTap Digital Business Cards) generated directly via their custom referral link or assigned coupon code.

2.2 Net Revenue Definition: Commission is calculated based on the final order total paid by the customer, excluding taxes, shipping fees, refunded orders, and applied promotional discounts.

2.3 Cookie Window (30 Days): A referral tracking cookie is placed on a potential customer’s browser when they click your referral link. The cookie remains active for 30 calendar days. You will receive credit for the sale if the customer completes a purchase within this 30-day window, provided the cookie has not been cleared or overwritten by another referral source.

2.4 Coupon Code Attribution: Orders placed using your unique assigned coupon code (e.g., YOURNAME10) will automatically credit your account, regardless of whether a referral link was clicked.

3. Payouts & Payment Terms

3.1 Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed monthly on or around the 15th day of each month for qualifying commissions earned during the previous calendar month.

3.2 Minimum Payout Threshold: The minimum threshold for receiving a payout is JMD $5,000 (or USD equivalent if applicable).

3.3 Rolling Balances: If your unpaid commission total is less than JMD $5,000 at the end of a payout cycle, your balance will automatically roll over to the following month until the threshold is met.

3.4 Payment Method: Payouts are transferred directly to your local Jamaican bank account (e.g., NCB, Scotia, Sagicor, JN Bank, etc.) provided in your profile or submitted via verified email.

3.5 Refunds & Chargebacks: If a customer requests a full or partial refund or initiates a chargeback on an order for which you received a commission, Creotor reserves the right to deduct the corresponding commission amount from your next payout cycle.

4. Code of Conduct & Promotional Guidelines

4.1 Permitted Promotion: You may share your affiliate links and coupon codes across social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook), personal websites, email lists, messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram), and live networking interactions (including NFC taps via your WinTap card).

4.2 Prohibited Activities: Affiliates agree NOT to engage in any of the following restricted practices:

Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link or coupon code to purchase products or services for personal use. Self-referral orders will be invalidated without commission.
Misleading Advertising: You may not make false claims, deceptive promises, or unapproved guarantees regarding Creotor or WinTap products/services.
Spamming: Unsolicited bulk messaging, automated comment spamming, or deceptive links on public forums are strictly forbidden.
Search Engine Ads (PPC Bidding): You may not bid on branded keywords such as “Creotor,” “WinTap,” “WinTap JA,” or trademarked variations in Google Ads or other paid search engines without express written permission.
4.3 Intellectual Property: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Creotor and WinTap brand logos, images, and marketing materials solely for promoting the Program. You may not alter or misuse brand trademarks.

5. Term & Termination

5.1 Termination at Will: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party via email.

5.2 Termination for Cause: Creotor reserves the right to immediately terminate your affiliate account and forfeit any pending or unpaid commissions if You breach any provision of this Agreement, engage in fraudulent traffic generation, or act in a manner damaging to Creotor’s reputation.

5.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your referral links will become inactive, and You must immediately cease using all Creotor and WinTap promotional materials.

6. Limitation of Liability & Relationship of Parties

6.1 Independent Contractor Status: Participation in the Program does not create an employer-employee, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship between You and Creotor. You are acting solely as an independent contractor.

6.2 No Warranties: Creotor makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the continuous or error-free availability of the Creotor website, WinTap storefront, or SliceWP affiliate tracking systems.

6.3 Limitation of Liability: Creotor shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.

7. Modifications to Agreement

Creotor reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement by posting revisions on the website or sending an email notification to active Affiliates. Continued participation in the Program following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Contact & Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica.
